Licensed Users

The purchaser of this software (HistoricalPrices) or any person designated by the purchaser is the licensed user. Only one licensed user can be designated per copy purchased. Algorithm Science grants licensed users the right to download and use the HistoricalPrices Add-in application from the http://www.SignalSolver.com web site, the only approved source. The product may be used for commercial purposes as long as each individual using the program within any commercial entity is licensed as just described.

Copying the software

Each licensed user may install and create an unlimited number of copies of the Software on personal computers or other
devices as long as they are used by licensed users only. By using SignalSolver, licensed users agree not to reproduce,
replicate, copy, email, share, fileshare, distribute or create derivative works for use by non-licensed users.
Users may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software. Users may not lease, rent, lend or provide commercial
hosting services which use the Software.

Liability

This software is being delivered "as is" and Algorithm Science is not responsible for problems that may arise from its use. Should a conflict arise from use of the software, the laws of Arizona will apply.

Support

Algorithm Science will endeavor to support the software in good faith, but are not legally obliged to do so under this agreement.
Users may also be entitled to a refund as per the terms outlined on the signalsolver.com website. Support and refund requests should be submitted to support@algorithmscience.com.

Termination

Without prejudice to any other rights, Algorithm Science may terminate this EULA in response to any failure to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, all copies of the Software in possession of the user must be destroyed.

By using the HistoricalPrices Add-in, you agree to the terms of this License Agreement.
